Zhāopìn – Hiring
 
这家饭店需要招聘三个服务员人。
 
zhè jiā fàndiàn xūyào zhāopìn sān ge fúwùyuánrén. 
The hotel needs to recruit three attendants.
 
经朋友推荐，我才进入K公司工作。
 
Jīng péngyou tuījiàn, wǒ cái jìnrù k gōngsī gōngzuo.
Thanks to my friend recommendation , I start working in K company.
 
你们想应聘哪个职位？/ 你们想应聘什么工作？
 
nímen xiǎng yīngzhāo nǎ ge zhíweì? nímen xiǎng yīngzhāo shénme gōngzuo?
Do you want to apply for which position? / What kind of job do you want to apply for ?
 
他一定能胜任这个职位。
 
tā yídìng néng shèngrèn zhège zhíweì.
He should be competent for this position.
 
如果违反公司规定，将解除聘用合同。
 
rúguǒ wéifǎn gōngsī guīdìng, jiàng jiěchúzhāoyòng hétòng.
If the company’s rules will be violated , the contract of the employment will be canceled .
 
这家公司工资虽高，但福利待遇很低。
 
zhè jiā gōngsī  gōngzī suí gāo, dàn fúlìdàiyù hěndī.
This company’s salary is very high, but the welfare is very low.
 
A：我认为，发生这样的事情，他也有责任。
B：那当然，一个巴掌拍不响。
 
A:wǒ rènwéi, fāshēng zhèyàng de shìqing, tā yě yǒu zérèn。
A: I think , when a situation like this happens, he is also responsible for it.
B: na dāngrán, yīgebāzhangpāibùxiǎng
B: Of course , one hand alone cannot clap ( It takes two to make a quarrel ).
 
他是经理，该负主要责任，不能各打五十大板。
 
tā shì jīnglǐ, gāi fú zhúyào zérèn, bù néng gèdǎwǔshídàbǎn。
He is a manager, he has the main responsibility, can’t blame both sides equally.
