可以通过人才中介公司找工作。
kě yǐ tōng guò rén cái zhōng jiè gōng sī zhǎo gōng zuò 。
Jobs can be found through talent agencies.
 
没办法，公务缠身，实在抽不出空儿来。
méi bàn fǎ ， gōng wù chán shēn ， shí zài chōu bù chū kōng ér lái。
No solutions, tie down to your duty, I can’t find any time.
 
 
你也知道，这是经理点名叫你做的。
nǐ yě zhī dào ， zhè shì jīng lǐ diǎn míng jiào nǐ zuò dí。
As you know,  the manager named you to do it.
 
这事啊，李总说啦，非你出马不可。
zhè shì ā ， lǐ zǒng shuō la ， fēi nǐ chū mǎ bù kě。
This thing, well,as leader Li said,you have to do it.
 
别老跳槽，如果合适，就好好儿干。
bié lǎo tiào cáo ， rú guǒ hé shì ， jiù hǎo hǎo ér gān。
Don’t change job, if it suits you , just do it in a good way.
 
随着经济的发展变化，这种从一而终的就业理念受到了冲击。
suí zhuó jīng jì dí fā zhǎn biàn huà ， zhè zhǒng cóng yī ér zhōng dí jiù yè lǐ niàn shòu dào liǎo chōng jī。
Following the development of the economy, this concept of “one-stop employment” / be faithful till death to one company has been hit.
 
A：沈先生，也不知这次的选择是否正确？
B：良禽择木而栖。我认为你接受M公司的聘用是正确的。
A ： shěn xiān shēng ， yě bù zhī zhè cì dí xuǎn zé shì fǒu zhèng què ？
B ： liáng qín zé mù ér qī 。 wǒ rèn wéi nǐ jiē shòu M gōng sī dí pìn yòng shì zhèng què dí 。 
A: Mr Shen, I wonder if it’s the right choice.
B: A good bird choose a good tree to live on. I think it’s good to accept M company offer.
 
话又说回来，大材小用也是浪费呀。
huà yòu shuō huí lái ， dà cái xiǎo yòng yě shì làng fèi yā 。
